2nd SESSION - GATHERING NEWS

In this session, you are going TO GATHER NEWS.

1) First you are going to watch Huw Edward's tips (a BBC journalist) and we are going to comment special tips.

2) Then, we are going to practice with some "fun exercises". Copy the new vocabulary in your notebooks using the documents I gave you.

3) And last but not least, you are going to start  "let's work" activities : 1) Fact and opinion 2) Planning an interview 3) record your interview 4) Gather extra material (pictures, film elements that could illustrate your report, select music or sounds to add to your report).

Remember that you have to send activity 1 and 2 through the online form until the day before next session and copy the answers in your notebooks using the documents I gave you. You have to keep a copy of your interview and extra material in your pen-drive.

2. Collect all the extra material you will use to make your video and save it in your USB


2.1. Record the interview (during this session if you have time, or during lunch time). If you are planning to interview a specific person make sure that person is available (otherwise, record it at lunch time)
